This 20-acre site served as a repair facility for the Baltimore City Department of Transportation before its transformation into a waterfront park by the Center for Aquatic Life and Conservation, an affiliate of the National Aquarium. Cap Ex led coordination with environmental consultants and numerous federal, state and local regulatory agencies to remediate the brownfield site. Cap Ex also helped the client navigate public procurement and liability issues with multiple partners.
