Throughout the project, Cap Ex managed planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team procurement, coordinating closely with the building’s developer. By overseeing design coordination, construction, and closeout, Cap Ex delivered a dynamic, functional space that advances WAYM’s mission to empower Baltimore youth through media education and creative expression.
