A growing athletic program led Key School to repurpose a 70-acre golf course near its landlocked academic campus in Annapolis. The site now features multipurpose fields, a baseball field, eight tennis courts, a pavilion for athletic and academic use, walking trails, and stormwater management facilities. As owner’s representative, Cap Ex led the project through design, contractor selection and management, and pricing. Cap Ex also coordinated with numerous public agencies to design and implement a specialized water treatment system to support domestic and irrigation consumption while being sensitive to aquatic habitats nearby.
