A decade of planning and prayer led to the successful construction of a 50,000 SF addition to Bethel Korean Church in Ellicott City Maryland. The project sought to maximize the Church’s outreach capacity while addressing financial limitations, enable specialized ministries in both Korean and English, engage youth in meaningful ways, and dedicate services to persons with special needs. In 2017, Bethel engaged Cap Ex to assist in construction contract execution, oversee construction activities, and monitor cash flow and the owner’s project budget. Throughout, Cap Ex acted as the primary contact for six sub-committees and provided formal updates to the client’s leadership. Completed in 2019, the facility serves as the heart of the Church and a communal gathering point.
