The National Aquarium hired Cap Ex to assist in transforming a 50,000 SF warehouse into a world-class facility to treat and rehabilitate thousands of aquatic and marine animals from around the world.  The facility’s tanks, complex life support systems, and bio-media apparatus required careful coordination between design and construction teams along with specialized contractors. Cap Ex also assisted the client in navigating requirements tied to New Markets Tax Credit financing.
